Banking and Bill Pay

Banking command center

The Banking command center includes the bank register, a single window that lets you pay bills, make deposits, and enter sales. You can also import your bank statement from the bank register, as well as reconcile your accounts.

The bank register

All of Premier Accounting's banking functionality resides in the Banking command center, including the ability to write and record checks, prepare bank deposits, print receipts, and reconcile your accounts. Premier Accounting's bank register shows you your important banking information at a glance, including your running balance and all transactions within a specified date range. You can also use the bank register to record transactions involving both incoming and outgoing funds.

Import online bank statements

You can import your online bank statements into Premier Accounting's bank register to reconcile your accounts. Premier Accounting supports most online statement formats, including OFX, QIF, QFX, AND OFC. Download your bank statement to your desktop, and use the Get Statement feature to import it into Premier Accounting. Your transactions will be automatically matched to those already entered. Get Statement works for both bank and credit card statements.

Undo reconcile accounts

Already imported your online statement and reconciled, but you made a mistake? Undo reconciliation lets you go back as far as you need to go to fix the error.

Make electronic payments

You can make electronic payments with Premier Accounting by signing up for MYOB Business Services. Pay vendors electronically with MYOB Vendor Payments and make electronic deposits of your employees paychecks with MYOB Direct Deposit.
