The Product and Payroll Update is available to registered users of AccountEdge, AccountEdge Network Edition and Premier Accounting who are running the latest version of the software (version 2008) and are currently enrolled in a Complete Support or Introductory Support plan.
What are the program changes in this update?
- Addresses an issue for users who fail Test 43 while verifying their company file due to deleting a negative Receive Item on an order.
- Users will not longer receive the "You may not sell more items than you have on hand at location..." when editing a previously recorded sale.
- Addresses update to committed quantity on the item profile, when recording a recurring order.
- Several other issues have been addressed within the inventory functionality.

What are the payroll tax changes for July 2008?
This update includes the July 1st 2008 Payroll Tax Update and is recommended for any business using MYOB software to process their payroll.
- Idaho - The annual withholding amount has increased to $3,500 (previously $3,100)
- Indiana - Three new local taxes have been added: 1.65%, 2.0% and 2.1%
- Utah - The tax table has been changed to 5% for all income levels
